Step into a key leadership role within a high-precision, fast-paced facility that serves as a direct launchpad for top-tier engineering careers. As the site’s technical authority on quality, you will lead a dedicated inspection team and ensure every component meets flawless, world-class specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated Quality Inspection team to drive flawless standards across a fast-paced shop floor.
• Program and operate precision CMM and Faro Arm equipment to conduct critical first-off, final, and supplier component inspections.
• Utilize NDT dye penetrant testing and interpret complex engineering drawings to verify part integrity and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement by investigating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience programming and operating CMMs and Faro Arms is a must
• A minimum of 5 years’ quality inspection experience within a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 9001)
• Highly confident producing FAIRs and handling technical non-conformance investigations.
• NDT Dye Penetrant Level 2 is a bonus, but not essential as this can be provided
